GENERAL

1. At all times B.J.Antiques act solely as agents for both parties.
   
   At no time will they be responsible for loss, damage to any item (s) unless caused whilst in their possession. 

2. They will not be liable for any claim against them in respect of incorrect information given them regarding items bought or sold.

3. All descriptions are that of the seller.

BUYERS

1. On deciding what item (s) are to be purchased, contact us.
   Confirmation that the item is still for sale will be given, with the agreed price.
   Payment will then be made to us by bankers draught or telegraphic transfer plus 10% (our fee).

   Plus any costs liable to be incurred. i.e.. Insurance, transport, postage etc.
   although this may be shared with the seller.

   We then will hold your payment until you have received the goods and agree as to their authenticity and description.

   1. On that agreement we will pay the seller, if you are not satisfied return the goods to us. your payment less our fee of 10% will be returned to you, Subject to the goods being returned in the condition sent, and are indeed the goods sent.

   2. Confirmation is required within 24hrs of your receiving the goods, if this does not occur it will be automatically assumed that you are satisfied and payment will be made to the seller.
      
      Payment will be returned to you within 24hrs of the seller receiving the goods back in their possession and satisfying themselves that they are the goods sent and in the condition sent, 
      if you are not satisfied.

SELLERS

1. It is your responsibility to describe the item (s) for sale accurately i.e. whether it has been restored or repaired.

   Extra charges will be incurred if the buyer rejects bought items because of your inaccurate description (s)

   1. That the goods are yours to sell. and clear title is held.

   2. On contact from a buyer, we will contact you with either an offer or an agreed price and confirm with you that the item is still for sale.

      Any costs liable to be incurred, Insurance, packing, transport and postage etc can be negotiated with the buyer through ourselves. 

      Payment for the goods will have already been made to us before your goods are dispatched to the buyer.

   3. Payment will not be made to you until 24hrs after the buyer has received the goods and agreed that that they are what you have described and in the condition you have described,

   4. Payment to you will be less 10% (our fee) and less any agreed other costs.

   5. In the event that the goods are returned we will not return the payment to the buyer until you have satisfied yourself that they are indeed your goods and in the condition sent.
